Day 1: Fly into Bozeman, MT. Transfer to Big Sky, MT

Day 2: Virginia City National Historic Landmark, Earthquake Lake and the Lewis and Clark Caverns. A true Montana day, with incredible Montana scenery the entire day. Visit the devastating site where the mountain fell, forming Earthquake Lake, then the country’s best preserved ghost towns of Virginia and Nevada Cities. Next a trip for the Lewis and Clark Caverns. We know the best places to eat, where to get homemade ice cream and the best spots on this Montana Adventure. Overnight in Big Sky

Day 3: Activity Day in Big Sky, MT, choose 3 of the many alternate activities listed below for Big Sky. Overnight in Big Sky

Day 4: Yellowstone, the west side. Visit Gibbon Falls, the Fountain paint Pots, Midway Geyser Basin, Old Faithful Geyser, the Old Faithful Inn, Firehole Falls, the Keppler Cascades, Lewis River Falls, viewpoints in Grand Teton National Park, including Jenny Lake. Overnight in Jackson, WY

Day 5: Activity Day in Jackson, WY/ Grand Teton National Park. Choose 2 to 3 of the activities listed below. Overnight in Jackson

Day 6: Travel Grand Teton national park’s outer road, taking in the sunrise and viewpoints along the way. Visit the Jackson lake Lodge, Moose Falls, West Thumb Geyser Basin, Yellowstone Lake, the Lake Hotel, Sylvan Pass. There is time for a backcountry hike on this day as well. Overnight at a Guest Ranch outside the East Entrance.

Day 7: Travel back into Yellowstone, visiting the East Side of the park, including the Mud Volcano, Hayden Valley, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Upper Falls, Lower Falls, Crystal Falls, Dunraven Pass, Tower Falls, the Lamar Valley, overnight at Cooke City, MT.

Day 8: Early morning wildlife in the Lamar Valley or a trip up the scenic Chief Jospeh Highway in the morning, and a trip up the famous Beartooth Highway, considered the country’s most beautiful road in the afternoon. Return to Cooke City.

Day 9: Early morning wildlife in the Lamar Valley and Yellowstone’s Northern Range, visiting the Petrified Tree, Undine Falls, Mammoth Hot Springs, Rustic Falls, the Golden Gate Canyon and Bridge, and time permitting a soak in the Boiling River (if open) or Chico Hot Springs. Return to Bozeman, MT

Day 10: Fly out.
